Nicole is a results-driven Human Resources Director with extensive experience leading enterprise HR operations and global workforce initiatives. She holds the PHRca designation and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources from the University of California, Irvine (DCE). With a proven track record across multinational organizations and consulting environments, she specializes in building scalable, compliant, and people-centered frameworks that drive performance and culture. She brings a consultative, data-informed, and human-centered approach to every client partnership, helping organizations build strong, compliant, and resilient workforces.

She has successfully led multimillion-dollar federal contracts, managed complex employee relations matters across the U.S., EU, LATAM, and APAC, and implemented AI-driven workforce analytics to support executive decision-making. Her expertise spans talent acquisition, compliance, workplace investigations, litigation management, and organizational transformation.
Jennie partners with organizations that expect more than “check-the-box” compliance, helping leaders navigate complex employment challenges with clarity, confidence, and measurable results.
With over a decade of experience in human resources and risk management, she currently serves as Senior HR & Risk Manager at FM Restaurants, supporting multi-state operations across a diverse portfolio of brands, including El Torito, Las Brisas, Pink Taco, SOL, Solita, Chevy’s, Acapulco, The RIM, Rio Mambo, Sinigual, Who Song & Larry’s, and CalMEX. These brands, backed by a New York–based private equity firm, operate in fast-paced, highly regulated environments.
Jennie is an expert in talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and workplace investigations, delivering hands-on, tailored HR solutions that drive strategic, enterprise-level results. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Louie Russel Ciriaco

With over five years of experience, he supports payroll operations, compliance reporting, HR analytics, and workforce administration. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, bringing a structured, analytical approach to human resources and operational support.
He leads end-to-end payroll administration, including regular, off-cycle, and termination payrolls, and manages compliance reporting for workers’ compensation and insurance audits. His experience also includes retirement contributions, unemployment claims, and wage garnishments with precision and consistency.
Louie develops HR metrics reports, executive-level presentations, and dynamic dashboards using Microsoft Excel, Power Pivot, and DAX, enabling leadership teams to monitor workforce trends and make informed decisions. He also supports benefits administration, invoicing, and day-to-day administrative operations.
Known for his attention to detail and reliability, Louie helps organizations streamline complex HR processes into efficient, compliant systems that support business goals.
Mary Cuenca is a People & Culture Creative Designer who brings a thoughtful, human-centered approach to visual storytelling. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and has over 10 years of experience in graphic design, partnering with organizations to translate culture, values, and strategy into clear, compelling visuals.
Mary specializes in employer branding, internal communications, and people-focused design that supports engagement, clarity, and connection across the employee lifecycle. Mary works closely with HR and leadership teams to deliver design solutions that strengthen culture and elevate the employee experience.
